Topic: How to quit smoking?

         "How to quit smoking?" I used to be asked this question by some of my relatives. Well, I never smoke, to be honest, so I just give 3 suggestions from my experience that are mainly helpful. Firstly, I would suggest spending some time hitting the gym so as it can help you to forget about smoking and make you happy as well as healthy. Secondly, It will be obviously better if you spend more time with your family rather than your friends since you will be having a whale of a time with your family by doing some enjoyable activities such as watching television or playing a game that help you not to smoke. Lastly, for only some people, chewing gum can be also working to stop smoking but not forever. I see somebody in my family do this to stop smoking; however, they turn back to smoke again. So, I would rather recommend you to focus on 2 things above due to their very usefulness. Well, I hope my suggestions will be helpful for you, and I hopefully want everyone to realize the dangerous consequences from smoking and stop smoking in order to live longer. Thank you.
