*This is only an example for my writing practice*

          To my mind, the real estates are nowadays costing too much; many people in the city are tough that they have to pursue their work for being able to pay their rental charge. The main reason why the estates' prices are rising is the economic recession, and the governments are now trying to undermine this effect. Finally, for the people who are looking for accommodations particularly in the city, I would recommend you to wait for the economic growth, so you will probably save your money for your future.
